REFUND POLICY

  • All registrations are final .

  • Full refund (minus processing fees, if any) is available if a cancellation request is made before the  deadline.

  • Partial refund may be issued before the first game only if a suitable replacement player/team is found.

  • No refunds will be issued once the season has started or games have been played.

  • Missed games due to personal reasons, injuries, weather, or team availability are not eligible for refunds.

  • If the league is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full or prorated refund, depending on games played.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.

Liability & Assumption of Risk Policy

  • Participants acknowledge that sports involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury.

  • By registering, players voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • The league, organizers, staff, referees, sponsors, and facility owners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring before, during, or after games.

  • Players confirm they are physically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

Release & Waiver of Claims

  • Participants agree to release and hold harmless the league and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation.

  • This release applies to personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Insurance Disclaimer

  • The league does not provide personal injury or medical insurance for participants.

  • Players are responsible for their own health and accident coverage.

Medical Emergencies

  • In the event of an emergency, the league may seek medical assistance on behalf of the participant.

  • Any medical costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Alcohol, Drugs & Safety

  • Alcohol, drugs, and vaping are strictly prohibited during league activities.

  • Players suspected of impairment may be removed without refund.

  • Safety violations may result in disciplinary action.

Minor Participants 

  • Participants under 18 must have parent/guardian consent.

  • Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for minors’ participation.

Waiver Acknowledgement 

  • All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any league activities.

  • Players who have not signed the waiver will not be permitted to play.

  • By registering for the league, participants confirm acceptance of the waiver, rules, and all league policies.
